مقدمة

نحن في سند ثيرابي نسعى لإرضاء عملائنا. إذا لم تكن راضياً عن اشتراكك، توفر هذه السياسة خيارات الاسترجاع حسب نوع الاشتراك.

فترة الإلغاء والاسترجاع

  • الاشتراكات الشهرية: يمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت. الاسترجاع متاح خلال أول 7 أيام من تاريخ الدفع.
  • الاشتراكات السنوية: يمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت. الاسترجاع متاح خلال أول 14 يوماً من تاريخ الدفع.
  • الجلسات المنفردة: يمكن استرجاع المبلغ إذا تم الإلغاء قبل 24 ساعة من الموعد المحدد.

كيفية طلب الاسترجاع

  1. تواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني: support@sanadtherapy.com
  2. يرجى تقديم اسم المستخدم والبريد الإلكتروني المسجل به الحساب.
  3. سيتم معالجة طلبك خلال 5-10 أيام عمل.
  4. سيتم إرجاع المبلغ إلى نفس طريقة الدفع التي استخدمتها.

حالات لا تشملها سياسة الاسترجاع

  • جلسات تم حضورها بالفعل (كلياً أو جزئياً).
  • الاشتراكات التي تم استهلاك أكثر من 50% من مدتها.
  • طلبات الاسترجاع بعد انتهاء الفترة المسموح بها.
  • المبالغ المدفوعة لجلسات تم إلغاؤها من قبل المستخدم بأقل من 24 ساعة من الموعد.

الإلغاء التلقائي

في حال تم إلغاء الاشتراك ولم تنطبق شروط الاسترجاع، سيستمر الاشتراك حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة ولن يتم تجديده تلقائياً.

At Sanad Therapy, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your subscription, this policy outlines the refund options available based on your subscription type.

Cancellation & Refund Period

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within the first 7 days of payment.
  • Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within the first 14 days of payment.
  • Single Sessions: Full refund available if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your username and registered email address.
  3. Your request will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  4. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Sessions that have already been attended (in full or in part).
  • Subscriptions where more than 50% of the period has been used.
  • Refund requests submitted after the eligible period.
  • Payments for sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Automatic Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription and do not meet the refund conditions, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period and will not auto-renew.
